SB352 HFA Sponaugle 3-3

                Delegate Sponaugle moves to amend SB352, on page 2, section 43a, lines19 through 21, by striking out subsection (c) and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

“(c) Notwithstanding any provision of this section or this code to the contrary, all provisions of this section relating to requiring the deposit of moneys into the Special Railroad and Intermodal Enhancement Fund expire and beginning on January 1, 2016, all proceeds shall be dedicated to the Lottery Senior Citizens Fund, as established in subsection (k), section eighteen, article twenty-two, chapter twenty-nine of this code.”
